dsh-covtrim

DSH plugin: one-shot test coverage flow for agents. Runs the project's tests with coverage, compresses the report with covtrim, and returns a compact TSV summary plus token stats — the same information in roughly half the tokens.

Early development — milestone 0.1.0. Install and usage docs land with the first release; see CHANGELOG once released.
