Toolchain CLI for DeepSeek Harness (dsh) plugin authors.

Install

npx @dsh-io/dsh-dev --help

Command	Purpose
`dsh-dev scaffold <name>`	Generate a new plugin project (tool template)
`dsh-dev dev`	Run the project under dsh web with file watching
`dsh-dev check`	Validate manifest, YAML and TypeScript build; `--smoke` boots dsh with the plugin mounted
`dsh-dev publish`	Run the publish checklist and preview `npm publish --dry-run`
