Windows 与 macOS 的桌面启动器 for DeepSeek Harness：双击桌面图标 → 自动启动服务 → 弹出 Chrome 独立应用窗口，全程没有任何命令行黑窗，关掉窗口即自动停服，再次双击无缝续聊。

没装 Node.js 时，安装脚本会询问是否用 winget 自动安装；不想装也可以手动去 nodejs.org 装好后重跑。
macOS（推荐 Homebrew）：

安装完成后在「应用程序」里双击 DeepSeek Harness 即可；想放 Dock 就从 Finder 拖进去。没装 Node.js 时会引导用 Homebrew 自动安装。
国内访问 jsDelivr 不稳时，把命令里的

📦 手动安装
- 下载本仓库 zip 并解压
- 右键
install.ps1→「使用 PowerShell 运行」
🗑 卸载
运行安装目录里的 uninstall.ps1（或 %LOCALAPPDATA%\DeepSeek-Harness-Launcher\uninstall.ps1）。不会删除 DSH 的会话数据（~/.dsh）。
🖱 使用
- 双击桌面 DeepSeek Harness 图标 → 等 Chrome 窗口弹出即可
- 关掉窗口 → 后台服务自动退出
- 与模型对话前需要配置 DeepSeek API Key，二选一：

❓ FAQ
双击没反应？ 看任务栏/通知，或查看日志 C:\Users\<你>\AppData\Local\Temp\DSH-Server.log。
启动报错弹窗？ 弹窗里会带日志尾部内容；常见原因：没装 Node、网络问题、端口被占用（端口问题新版会自动换备用端口）。
报错 listen EACCES: permission denied 127.0.0.1:3080？ 这是 Windows 把 3080 划进了系统保留端口段（Hyper-V/WSL2/WinNAT 的动态端口排除，常见 3002–3101），普通程序无权监听，而不是普通"端口被占用"。新版启动器会自动换用备用端口；想一劳永逸用回 3080，在管理员 PowerShell 里执行：

怎么更新？ 重新跑一遍安装命令即可（会覆盖安装目录并刷新图标）。
macOS 能用吗？ 可以，已经社区真机测试通过；遇到问题欢迎提 issue 并附上日志（$TMPDIR/DSH-Server.log）。
和官方 DeepSeek Harness 什么关系？ 本工具只是官方的桌面入口，启动的仍是官方 npx @deepseek-ai/dsh web，不修改、不替代官方任何组件。

Double-click the desktop icon it creates → DeepSeek Harness starts silently and opens in a Chrome app window. Close the window to stop the server; sessions persist locally and resume next launch. Requires Windows 10/11, Node.js, and a DeepSeek API key (DEEPSEEK_API_KEY or the in-app model settings). Uninstall via uninstall.ps1 in the install directory. Community tool, not affiliated with DeepSeek.
