dsh-ponytail

ponytail 移植：让模型消耗最少的 token 完成任务，解决浪费，支持 lite / full / ultra 三档强度。DeepSeek Harness（DSH）可用。

What it does

A DeepSeek Harness agent preset that layers the "lazy senior dev" rulebook (ported from the ponytail skill) onto the standard preset's full plugin roster:

• Writes the smallest complete change for the task: reuse existing code, prefer one-liners, delete over add, no unasked-for abstraction.
• Ends every reply with one or two lines on what was skipped / not checked and the residual risk.
• Three levels: lite (build what was asked, name the smaller option), full (default: the full rulebook), ultra (also push back on the request itself).
• Say stop ponytail / normal mode to exit; /ponytail lite|ultra to switch levels.

All Standard preset tools, plan mode, compaction, subagents, workflow, and skills stay mounted — nothing is removed.

Install

From a DSH session's plugin manager (requires approval):

plugin_manager → install_bundle → target: https://github.com/PPZ-ART/dsh-ponytail

Or from a checkout:

pnpm add -g dsh-ponytail   # or install the git URL directly in the profile

The preset shows up in the agent-preset roster as Ponytail — select it in a new session.
