只需一次：把 install/dsh-harness.apk 传到手机并安装（微信/QQ/数据线/网盘均可）。之后的每一步都在 App 内完成。

1. 打开 DeepSeek Harness App →「部署」页
2. 点「下载 Termux 安装包」（自动按机型匹配、自动选最快源）→「安装 Termux」
3. 点「一键部署 DeepSeek Harness」→ 等待 5~15 分钟（日志实时滚动）
4. 出现「✓ 部署完成」→「打开 Harness」→ 填入 DeepSeek API Key，开始使用 🎉

若自动部署被系统拦截（部分 ColorOS/鸿蒙机型），App 会自动弹出「粘贴部署」万能通道：一键复制命令 → 打开 Termux 粘贴回车，效果相同。

📦 Quick start (English)

One-time setup: transfer install/dsh-harness.apk to the phone and install it (WeChat/QQ/USB/cloud all work). Everything else happens inside the app.

1. Open the DeepSeek Harness app → 「部署 / Deploy」tab
2. Tap 「下载 Termux 安装包」 (auto model-matched, fastest mirror) → 「安装 Termux」
3. Tap 「一键部署 DeepSeek Harness」 → wait 5–15 min (live scrolling logs)
4. When 「✓ 部署完成」 appears → 「打开 Harness」 → enter your DeepSeek API Key 🎉

If auto-deploy gets blocked (some ColorOS/HarmonyOS devices), the app pops a universal “paste deploy” channel: one-tap copy the command → paste into Termux and press Enter — same result.

🤔 这不是给电脑用的吗？手机也能跑？/ Isn't this PC-only? Can a phone really run it?

本质：DeepSeek Harness 是 Node.js agent 编排框架 + Web UI，对硬件的真实要求只有「Unix 环境 + Node 运行时」。手机（ARM SoC + Linux 内核）本身就是一台计算机，Termux 补齐环境；官方讨论区早有 Android/Termux 部署案例（Discussion #136），华为 Mate 60 实机已验证。

Essence: DeepSeek Harness is a Node.js agent-orchestration framework + Web UI. Its only real requirements are a Unix environment and a Node runtime. A phone (ARM SoC + Linux kernel) is a computer; Termux completes the environment. Community deployments on Android/Termux exist (see Discussion #136) and are verified on a Huawei Mate 60.

• App 不显示日志？ No logs in app? 已三通道冗余（心跳上报/早期服务/守护进程）；终端侧也可 tail -f ~/dsh/storage/deploy.log。Triple-channel redundancy already; in the terminal you can also tail -f ~/dsh/storage/deploy.log.
