Why / 为什么

The English tech market reads resumes as evidence: a recruiter scans for what you shipped and what it changed. Chinese resume conventions (duties, demographic fields, enthusiasm prose) actively work against that scan. This skill reshapes content for the reader's expectations — the translation is the easy half.

英文技术市场把简历当证据读：招聘方扫的是"你做成了什么、改变了什么"。中文简历惯例（职责罗列、人口统计学字段、抒情自评）恰好妨碍这种扫描。这个 skill 按读者预期重塑内容——翻译只是容易的那一半。
